Adult existence is the spaghetti-at-the-wall of life, and none of us really know what on earth we're doing. There's a common misconception about "those other people" who seem to have things "figured out". We assume "everybody else" knows what they're doing, and it must only be US that is spinning in circles trying to figure out how to poach an egg properly. (Or, you know, raise a kid, get a promotion, buy a house or find the love of your life.) 

As it turns out, ask any successful adult human on this planet, and they'll probably tell you the same thing: I don't really know what I'm doing, I'm just doing my best.
